How prone to shock is a typical compact DVD player like Sony FX-730? Can I carry it with me while walking from one room to another to watch a movie without interruption? Will that damage the unit? What happens if such a unit falls onto the floor from say 1 meter height?

I do not own one but would I would say that it is ok to walk with one, but the 1 meter fall while working would definitely damage the internal mechanics of the player. Do not try that at home. |
